Not far from Seoul, it's a wonderful place to view the sunset.
But my photos doesn't encourage me to take my camera again. I took sixteen photos but only a few came up to my expectations.
It's always like this: I take photos, develop my films, see my photos, get disappointed, regret to have taken photos, swear to myself that I will never take photos again, but do it again next time, and regret again.

Thanks for sharing the photos! I love the 1st and the last (4th) photo the most. Is that you in the top most picture?
Thanks a lot:)
Yes, it's me in that photo.
i fail to see why you should be disappointed since those photos are so professionally & artistically done ^^
if u look at all those amateurish photos which i took, then there's a reason to criticize :)
My favourite ones are the 3rd, 9th and 12th picture on your slide show.
Happiness comes when we enjoy the process of doing whatever we like to do. Dont let the outcome dictate your happiness. Because outcome is affected by many factors, of which some are beyond our control.

By the way, did i mention that your photos are very professionally taken?
To Ronnie: Thanks very much for your compliments:)
Whenever I take pictures, I feel that our technology is too limited to take the beauty of nature.
Even at the moment I'm pressing the shutter, I know that I'll never be able to catch the true beauty of what I'm seeing.
Oh, and I like your photos coz they always make me smile:)
To Spicebears: You're right, the process is much more important than the output. I usually get irritated with the color of my photos after have had them developed and printed, and when I scan them, I get irritated again coz they show another different color that usually doesn't come up to my expectations.
Actually I should not expect too much - how can you expect to see some real good pics from someone who's never learned photography and have just a automatic film camera? ^^;
But it's ok, it's anyway just for my pleasure, to have fun.
I see that your standard for 'good picture' is pretty high.
As for me, taking picture is just to record a moment, without further thinking about the details.
So, most of your pictures seem great for me.
Thank you Zaiming:)
(I'll look forward to seeing your photos from Thailand Cambodia.)
Wow,
great pictures!
Unfortunatly I didn't make it to watch the sunrise at the beach, since I visited the Bomunsa Temple at that time when I was on Seokmodo last August.
Take care
Flo
Hello Flo!
These photos are taken at a place not far away from Bomunsa, maybe only 1~2km away from it.
We didn't go to the beach, either.
We first decided to see the sunset in the evening we arrived, and went to the temple next morning:)
I think your expectations are too high because your photos are just beautiful! Sunsets are sunrises are not easy to achieve. And I do understand what you mean about not getting the colours right. I had the same problem...That's why I try to stick to the same lab and it's not easy to find a good one. Hope I won't have this headache anymore now that I'm switching to a Digital SLR Camera.
Thanks for sharing... I must visit this island when I next travel to Korea.
Thank you Sandy:)
Yes, actually that's why I wanted to buy a digital camera this summer but then I still decided not to do. Not the right time yet, I think.
I'm sure you'll like Seokmodo and Gangwondo. Just the transportation is not very convenient.
