Fatigue

Holiday.
They said it's a 'holiday'. Yes, they might be right, coz they had a day off.
But not for me. Even the 'red days' in calendar are not true holidays for me.
I was a bit irritated since this morning, but still went to vote.
And here are the breaking news from the local election today:

한나라, 단체장 16곳 중 최소 11곳 이상 '석권'

Uri Party Secures Only 1 Out of 16 Key Posts: Exit Poll

I'm just happy that it's over - finally!!! I think I got more than ten phone calls a day from those assistants of the candidates during the last several weeks, all with the same word and same greeting like "안녕하십니까? 기호 O번 OOO입니다. 잘 부탁드립니다."
Such a pain in the neck!!! I was almost driven crazy by them that whenever the phone rang I asked myself why I didn't UNPLUG the telephone.

History repeats itself.
I wonder what's going to happen next.
One thing I'm sure is, that things seem to going backward thesedays.
Not only politics.
Also the people.
And students.
And Universities.

I worry about the strike at HUFS that has been going on since April.

Things are trending toward conservatism.

Uh.

What to do?

--;

Wanna stop talking about serious stuff. I'm already too much fatigued with stupid works.

I'd like to show some more photos from 돌쇠, chyam's little puppy.

Hehe:)

I guess this shows my mood today. Irritated. Frustrated.

Yeah, so all I wanted to do was staying in my warm(?) bed
instead of doing the stupid work.

Like this. (In heavenly peace!)

I hate this work!

Arrrrrgh.

*Quiz: (Only for beginners in Korean language) What breed is 돌쇠? What's the Korean word for that breed? Do you know the meaning? How would you translate it into English (or in your mother language)?

Hint: 돌쇠 is a native species. In other words, 100% Korean.

Yeah, true. My first words in korean were not greetings and so on, but dog names... It's sooo important to know to survive korean everyday life. ;-)))

More hints? OK.
The korean pronunciation is DDONG GAE.

I haven't a clue, but I'm too ambitious. What would happen if I would ask my students for DDONG GAE tomorrow in class? More laughter???

That will be fun^^ Let them translate it to German, and ask them about the origin - WHY we call it DDONG GAE. (There's a certain answer for it.)
